Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

We accept returns and exchanges for all items, provided they meet the conditions stated above. There are no non-returnable items.

4. Shipping Costs:

If you wish to return an item that has no defects, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

For exchanges, the store will cover the shipping costs.

5. Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or through an agency of your choice.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at any time and provide proof of the issue (such as photos).

You can choose between a full refund or an exchange, and we will handle the return or exchange shipping at no cost to you.
